Creator Sales Specialist (Spanish, English)

About the role

As a Creator Sales Specialist you will drive business and volume growth for YouTube influencer marketing programs across your assigned region. You will build a sales pipeline, co‑pitch high‑impact creator brand deals with advertisers, and shape the creator advertising strategy to deliver measurable results for both Google and its customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of creator‑focused advertising opportunities.
• Partner directly with brand advertisers to co‑pitch and close high‑value creator campaigns.
• Guide the creator ads strategy and establish industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product Specialists, Creator Partnerships, Insights, Creative) to create pitch decks, objection‑handling resources, and external narratives.
• Track business metrics, analyze performance trends, document client success stories, and report on strategy effectiveness.
• Design, package, and commercialize influencer programs, sponsorships, and high‑profile events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
• Proven experience closing agreements with key brands, agencies, and partners.
• Fluent communication in both Spanish and English.
• Demonstrated ability to partner across internal teams and translate complex data into persuasive sales stories.
