Customer Collaboration Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Collaboration Coordinator supports the market’s customer collaboration agenda, acting as a bridge between customers, Commercial and Supply Chain teams. You will help deliver service commitments, improve the customer experience and ensure daily monitoring of performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer service performance and identify execution risks.
• Coordinate Joint Business Planning (JBP) commitments and track supply‑chain related actions.
• Identify recurring customer issues, recommend corrective actions and escalate systemic problems.
• Provide performance insights, reporting and recommendations for service improvement.
• Support the translation of customer requirements into actionable supply‑chain plans.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor trends and risks.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with Customer Service, Commercial, Logistics and Planning teams.
• Proactive attitude and ability to drive follow‑up actions.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, multi‑market environment, preferably in Latin America.
