About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent to join our on‑site team. The role involves interacting with customers through multiple channels, delivering accurate information and ensuring a smooth experience. You will act as the primary point of contact for product, pricing and availability queries.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
- Provide clear, knowledgeable answers about product details, pricing structures and stock availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, logistics and technical support to resolve customer issues.
- Perform data entry tasks across various platforms to keep records up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant customer‑service experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Willingness to work on‑site.
