About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team and provide top‑quality support to our customers. The role involves handling inquiries through multiple channels, ensuring customers receive accurate information and a positive experience. This position is based on‑site and requires strong communication skills in English.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer queries via phone, email and live chat.
- Provide detailed information on product features, pricing and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and fulfill customer needs.
- Perform data entry and maintain records across various platforms.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant customer‑service experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Willingness to work on‑site.
