Customer Service Representative (On‑site, Santiago)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for consumers and sales partners, handling inquiries, orders, returns and complaints through phone, email and fax. The role is based on‑site in Santiago and involves processing all interactions in the company’s CRM system.

Key responsibilities

• Process consumer and sales requests received via email, phone and fax.
• Answer product, program and order‑related questions from customers and sales representatives.
• Manage returns and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records, perform general housekeeping and filing tasks.
• Coordinate with the factory, art department and other internal teams for order changes.
• Support training and education initiatives related to products and entry processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic with excellent typing speed and professional phone etiquette.
• Effective interpersonal communication, active listening and meticulous attention to detail in both written and verbal communication.
• Advanced level of English.
• Valid Dominican ID and residence in Santiago.
• Availability to work on‑site full time.
