About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Associate to work in our retail store. The role involves assisting shoppers, driving sales, and maintaining the presentation of merchandise.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers, offering product suggestions.
- Process sales transactions at the cash register.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Organize clothing items on the sales floor according to designated sections.
- Label products and ensure pricing is correct.
Required profile
- High school diploma or currently enrolled university student.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
- Strong orientation toward customer service and sales.
- Team‑player with a results‑driven mindset.
- Attention to detail and passion for fashion.
