About the role

We are seeking a dedicated, bilingual Customer Specialist to join our team in Santiago. The role focuses on delivering proactive support, guidance, and solutions to our clients, helping to build long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely assistance and follow‑up.
• Guide clients in using Ualett’s products and services to ensure a seamless experience.
• Resolve inquiries, issues, and escalations while maintaining a professional, customer‑centric approach.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address needs and align on solutions.
• Monitor feedback, identify trends, and recommend improvements to boost retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure consistent communication across channels.

Required profile

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service, success, or client‑facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Empathetic problem‑solving and professional demeanor.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Motivated to deliver results and grow with the company.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or customer support platforms (preferred).
