Customer Success Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Agent who will provide accurate technical information, advice, and assistance on our products and services. You will act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, understand their needs, and propose solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries, assess technical questions, and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Research and develop proposals for new solutions, track issue status, and follow up on outstanding problems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation using databases and other computerized systems.
• Resolve complex client issues within defined Service Level Agreements, coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
• Provide expertise during calls, update issue‑tracking systems, and keep clients informed of progress.
• Assist with client‑initiated changes, perform account maintenance, and verify system modifications.
• Build strong client relationships through timely communication and product knowledge.
• Lead client training on specific modules and develop functional requirements, including scripting and macro creation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in customer success, technical support, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with database systems.
• Ability to write scripts and develop macros.
• Experience using issue‑tracking or ticketing platforms.
