Cycle Counter – Inventory Reconciliation

About the role

The Cycle Counter is responsible for daily material reconciliation to ensure accurate physical inventory in the plant. The role supports scheduled ABC and COGI cycle counts and assists with annual physical inventory activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform physical cycle counts according to the schedule set by the Cycle Count Analyst.
• Collect and dispose of excess or obsolete (E&O) materials to the scrap area.
• Participate in the coordination of the annual physical inventory.
• Audit sensitive materials in production areas.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, CTPAT, OEA and other company management system procedures.
• Follow all health, safety and environmental (EHS) requirements, including 5S/MESH standards and safety training.

Required profile

• High school diploma; university studies in Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
• At least one year of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Basic SAP usage.
• Forklift operation.
• Use of industrial scales.
