Demand Planning Lead

About the role

The Demand Planning Lead will own the end‑to‑end S&OP cycle, turning demand signals into actionable production plans. You will align bottlers and the company, reconcile depletions and deliveries, and ensure a single source of truth for demand across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, coordinating demand reviews with bottlers at both depletion and delivery levels.
• Develop baseline sales forecasts using statistical models and customer insights.
• Maintain and correct historical sales data by tracking events such as price changes, stockouts, and promotions.
• Ensure demand signals are accurately communicated to production facilities, considering feasibility and capacity.
• Monitor weekly sales advances, identify deviations, and propose mitigation actions.
• Guarantee order fulfillment and adherence to frozen periods for bottler‑to‑company volumes.
• Analyze performance indicators such as forecast accuracy, OTIF, and fill rate, identifying trends and risks.
• Support commercial activities that rely on demand and sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory control, and customer service.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Knowledge of Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) tools.
