Dental Account Manager – Chile

About the role

Shining 3D Dental is expanding its presence in Chile and seeks a proactive Dental Account Manager to drive sales of its digital workflow solutions. You will work closely with dealer representatives, dental offices, and industry events to promote a complete suite of scanners, printers, and related consumables.

Key responsibilities

• Expand and manage the sales distribution network for dental digital products, meeting assigned sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with distributors and dealer partners.
• Develop deep product knowledge of scanners, facial scanners, printers, resins, and related accessories.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence to shape sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional activities such as roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of key opinion leaders and key opinion customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and action‑oriented with strong market development and account management abilities.
• Goal‑focused with a high achievement orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Chile.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry is strongly preferred.
