DevOps Engineer – Azure (Anywhere in Chile)

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer specialized in Azure to join its consulting team. The role involves designing, building, and operating cloud‑based solutions for clients across Chile, with a focus on automation, scalability, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Define client problems, propose solutions, and lead the implementation of Azure‑based architectures.
• Design, configure, and deploy infrastructure using Azure IaaS/PaaS services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, integrating Terraform, Docker, and GitHub.
• Implement container orchestration with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and manage related workloads.
• Develop infrastructure as code using ARM templates, Azure PowerShell, and Azure CLI.
• Provide guidance on project processes, deliverables, and client training.
• Support large‑scale on‑premise and cloud environments, ensuring security, networking, and performance best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years designing and building Azure cloud solutions.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps platform, CI/CD pipeline creation, and container technologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in project or team management.
