DevOps Engineer (Azure & On-Premise) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on Azure and on‑premise projects across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, scale, and maintain production Kubernetes clusters in Azure and on‑premise environments.
• Design, build, and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitLab.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage cloud resources, virtualisation platforms (OpenStack, QEMU, Hyper‑V) and on‑site data‑center operations.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Zabbix, ELK Stack).
• Ensure security hardening, integrate vulnerability scanning (Snyk, SonarQube) and SIEM tools.
• Support database and storage systems (PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse, Ceph, NFS, S3) and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to internal tooling.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional DevOps engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) completed.
• Proven track record with Kubernetes, Azure, and on‑premise infrastructure.
• Strong Linux administration (Ubuntu or Talos) and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Experience working remotely and taking ownership of deliverables.
