Digital Content Creator (Video & Articles)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and versatile Digital Content Creator to join our Santiago team. The role blends social‑first video production with editorial storytelling, delivering engaging video formats and high‑quality written articles that are SEO‑friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Create original, social‑first video content about city life, trends, culture and tips, and publish it on Instagram and Facebook (future TikTok).
• Write and adapt video scripts, produce unscripted formats, stay up‑to‑date with social trends and experiment with new formats.
• Appear on camera, conduct interviews, and manage social media profiles to grow audiences.
• Use performance insights to optimise content strategy and maintain a balanced editorial mix.
• Adapt video and social posts into accurate, SEO‑optimized editorial and commercial articles, and occasionally write articles from scratch.

Required profile

• Native‑level Spanish and intermediate English for internal communication.
• At least two years of proven experience producing professional video content for social media, with a portfolio.
• Highly organized, able to meet deadlines independently while collaborating with a team.
• Passionate about city life, culture, food and entertainment, and comfortable shooting with digital cameras (Sony Alpha, GoPro, iPhone).

• CapCut, Instagram Edits, Photoshop, Media Encoder.
• After Effects and Premiere Pro (plus).
• Color correction and sound editing.
• SEO and digital analytics.
• Social publishing tools.
