Digital Marketing Designer

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Designer supporting the AMER region, you will be at the core of Ria’s paid‑digital growth engine. Based in Santiago, you will work with regional marketing leaders, growth teams and the brand design team to create high‑impact paid‑media creative at scale, using motion design and AI‑powered tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, iterate and execute creative assets for paid social, programmatic display, video ads, search display and performance‑marketing campaigns across AMER markets.
• Produce high‑volume motion‑led ad creative (animated social ads, video bumpers, short‑form video, rich‑media display) optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display Network and other platforms.
• Design static paid‑media assets (banners, carousels, still ads) that are scalable across multiple formats, sizes and aspect ratios.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Sora, ComfyUI, etc.) to generate imagery, video content and rapid localisation for multi‑market campaigns.
• Support CRM channels with engaging email, push‑notification and in‑app creative that aligns with paid‑media visual standards.

Required profile

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Motion Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a design studio, advertising agency or in‑house creative team focused on paid digital media, with a strong portfolio.
• Proven expertise in motion design and video animation for paid digital platforms.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Motion design and video animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• AI creative tools such as Claude, Gemini, Sora, ComfyUI.
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Figma for design collaboration.
• Paid‑media platforms: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display Network, programmatic channels.
• CRM creative production for email, push and in‑app messaging.
