Digital Marketing & External Sales Manager (Santiago)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing and External Sales Manager to lead our online presence and drive business growth in Santiago. The role combines strategic marketing planning with on‑the‑ground sales activities to expand our client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all company social media platforms, create engaging content, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
• Support the design and execution of marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility and generating business opportunities.
• Visit retail locations and partner establishments to ensure brand presence, strengthen relationships, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prospect and acquire new customers to expand the commercial portfolio.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Social Communication.
• Previous experience in similar digital marketing and sales positions.
• Own a vehicle and hold a category‑2 driving license.
• Willingness to travel outside the city.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

• Intermediate‑advanced use of Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate‑advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Intermediate‑advanced use of Microsoft Publisher.

What we offer

• Salary range RD$40,000 – RD$50,000 per month plus commissions and incentives (approx. RD$20,000).
• Fuel subsidy of RD$10,000.
