Director – Consumer Acquisition and Engagement, Product

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) product strategy for the North Latin America & Caribbean region. The role will shape go‑to‑market plans, drive commercialization of loyalty and offers solutions, and partner with sales, product, and account teams to accelerate adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute differentiated go‑to‑market strategies aligned with regional market maturity and competitive dynamics.
• Identify growth opportunities, craft product narratives, and enable sales teams with scalable commercialization frameworks.
• Act as the regional subject‑matter expert on media, digital marketing, personalization, and data‑driven customer engagement.
• Collaborate with global product, sales, and account management leaders to align on strategy and execution.
• Monitor performance metrics, market feedback, and adjust tactics to maximize business impact.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in digital marketing, media strategy, and agency engagement.
• Proven track record of leading product commercialization and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Strong executive‑level communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Ability to translate market and client needs into growth opportunities.
