Director of Sales & Business Development

About the role

Yuno is looking for a senior sales leader to own the end‑to‑end sales process for its Banking & Financial Institutions vertical across Latin America and the Caribbean. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Business Development, you will work closely with product, solutions engineering, marketing and senior leadership to turn strategic positioning into signed contracts and live accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the full sales cycle with banks, acquirers, PSPs and digital wallets, from prospecting to onboarding.
• Own and grow a portfolio of high‑value target accounts, building a robust pipeline with precision.
• Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder negotiations, crafting commercial structures that meet both client and Yuno objectives.
• Stay ahead of regulatory and technological shifts in the LATAM financial‑services landscape and translate market intelligence into actionable sales plays.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth contract signing and client integration.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in payments, fintech or financial‑institution services.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value deals and managing long sales cycles.
• Deep understanding of banking, acquiring, PSP and digital‑wallet ecosystems in Latin America.
• Highly motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment.
