Distributor Quality Analyst – Chile

About the role

This entry‑level position supports Distributor Quality & Compliance activities for DePuy Synthes in Chile. Working within the Quality & Regulatory Affairs (QARA) organization, the analyst ensures that external distributors meet the company’s quality system, regulatory standards and continuous‑improvement goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support distributor quality and compliance activities in line with the DePuy Synthes Quality Management System and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and review distributor quality records, procedures and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate distributor audits, assessments and follow‑up actions, including corrective and preventive action (CAPA) tracking.
• Collect and analyse distributor performance data to support reporting and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the primary contact for distributor‑related quality documentation and knowledge‑management updates.
• Assist with complaint handling, non‑conformance tracking and escalation processes under supervision.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Regulatory, Commercial and Quality teams on compliance projects.
• Prepare basic reports and presentations on distributor quality performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in quality, compliance, operations or regulated environments.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
