Driver – Courier & Logistics

About the role

Join Cencora’s World Courier team as a Driver, delivering goods safely and efficiently across the metropolitan area. You will be the front‑line representative for customers, ensuring timely shipments while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, helpful service to World Courier customers and consignees.
• Pick up and deliver goods as requested, completing all required paperwork.
• Anticipate and resolve potential delivery issues, keeping the Dispatch Officer informed of progress and any delays.
• Drive safely, maintain company vehicles, and prepare shipment boxes as needed.
• Monitor packaging material stock and alert the Operations Supervisor when supplies run low.
• Perform airport duties, including import and export handling, and work scheduled weekends and overtime as required.

Required profile

• Reports directly to the Dispatch Supervisor.
• Current driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of the local metropolitan area.
• Proactive, customer‑focused attitude with a sense of urgency balanced by attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license.
• Cold chain management knowledge.
• Basic dangerous goods (DG) handling awareness.
