About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Helper to support the learning and development of young children in a nurturing environment. You will work closely with teachers and families to ensure each child receives high‑quality care and instruction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans and activities for young children.
- Assess and monitor student progress and development.
- Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians.
Required profile
- Degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- Teaching certification and relevant experience in early childhood education.
Required skills
- Strong early childhood education and instructional abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and creativity when working with young children.
