Early Years Teacher

About the role

ISP is seeking a passionate Early Years Teacher to join our early childhood team. You will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners, supporting their developmental milestones and fostering a love of learning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver age‑appropriate lesson plans and activities for early years students.
• Assess, monitor, and record each child's progress and development.
• Maintain a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student wellbeing and achievements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold ISP’s safeguarding, health, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong background in early childhood education and instructional practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children.
