Editor and Content Writer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Editor and Content Writer to join BairesDev’s Marketing team. The role will lead creative copywriting for our brand strategy across multiple channels, ensuring clear, compelling messaging that drives profit and long‑term brand potential.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the creative copywriting process from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into clear innovative strategies.
• Collaborate with communications teams to brainstorm, develop and produce various marketing materials.
• Write clear, compelling, error‑free copy for ads, blog posts, newsletters and other mediums that reflect the company’s voice.
• Interpret creative direction and technical information, turning them into persuasive copy concepts through research and interviews.
• Edit and proofread copy as needed, applying SEO principles to maximize reach and keep the brand up‑to‑date.
• Develop and execute copy for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with tone of voice and brand messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience with a rich, diverse portfolio of successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing a high‑performance team and strong analytical and project‑management abilities.
• Background in B2B service marketing and solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
• Creative, strategic thinker who stays on top of consumer trends across digital channels.
• Highly motivated, flexible, service‑oriented with excellent prioritization, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (native level is a plus).
