About the role

The Business Development Executive will identify new market opportunities, generate commercial contacts and nurture prospects into clients for Consultores de Productividad. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Santiago de los Caballeros and focuses on driving growth through market analysis, proposal creation and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse market trends to uncover business opportunities.
• Generate leads, initiate contact with potential clients and follow up to convert them into customers.
• Prepare and present value propositions and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate and attend sales meetings, ensuring effective communication with internal teams.
• Maintain and update the CRM system, tracking key performance indicators.
• Support the planning and execution of client acquisition campaigns.

Required profile

• Own a vehicle and be able to travel locally.
• Proven experience in new‑business development, lead generation and market expansion.
• Strong business acumen and account‑management capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for presentations and negotiations.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
• Analytical mindset, results‑oriented and comfortable with dynamic environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.

What we offer

• Salary of RD$65,000 per month plus RD$60,000 in benefits.
• Full‑time, onsite position in Santiago de los Caballeros.
