About the role

Ferrovial is seeking a dedicated HR professional to lead all human‑resources activities on construction sites. The role ensures proper administration of personnel throughout their employment cycle, compliance with current labor regulations, and coordination of payroll, employee relations, wellbeing, and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding, retention, and off‑boarding processes for site workers.
• Ensure compliance with labor and social‑security legislation.
• Control staffing levels, attendance, work schedules, and shift planning.
• Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
• Maintain positive labor relations and contribute to a healthy organizational climate.
• Supervise labor compliance of subcontractor companies.
• Represent Ferrovial before regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate audits and labor‑accreditation requirements from project owners.
• Implement initiatives that promote employee wellbeing and safety on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HR processes in a construction or infrastructure environment.
• Strong knowledge of applicable labor and social‑security regulations.
• Ability to handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations end‑to‑end.
• Experience supervising subcontractor compliance and interacting with regulatory authorities.
