About the role

The school is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the comprehensive management of the school climate. This role ensures the consistent application of current regulations, timely intervention in conflicts, and the supervision of a team of inspectors to maintain a safe and formative environment for students.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the School Coexistence Plan and ensure consistent application of the RICE framework.
• Collect, analyze, and manage school climate indicators.
• Directly intervene in conflict situations and manage cases involving students and parents, ensuring proper follow‑up and traceability.
• Apply protocols for critical situations and coordinate cases that may be escalated to the Superintendence of Education.
• Lead, supervise, and organize the team of inspectors, defining field action criteria and ensuring effective coverage.
• Establish preventive routines, standards, and best practices for school coexistence.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of proven experience in school coexistence management within educational institutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams, preferably inspectors or similar groups focused on school climate.
• Strong knowledge of current regulations, protocols, and the functioning of the Superintendence of Education.
• Experience handling complex conflict situations and applying safeguarding principles.
