About the role

The Energy4Talent Trainee program is a two‑year, rotational development scheme based in Santiago, Chile. It is designed for recent graduates who want to start their career in the energy sector, contributing to sustainable and cleaner power solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Complete six‑month rotations across Commercial, Engineering & Construction, and Operations functions.
• Lead high‑impact projects that support AES’s renewable energy initiatives.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to influence strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with graduation date between December 2024 and December 2026.
• Advanced/fluent English communication skills.
• Motivation to launch a career in commercial, engineering, or operations areas within the energy industry.
• Ability to work in diverse, multicultural teams.
