About the role

We are looking for a University‑trained Nurse to coordinate patient care at our health centre in Concepción. The role involves promoting self‑care, supporting diagnosis and treatment, and ensuring the quality of services delivered in the unit.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable health regulations and standards set by the health authority.
• Coordinate centre resources, maintain inventory, and verify optimal functioning of clinical equipment.
• Monitor institutional performance indicators and prepare required reports.
• Organise and schedule nursing staff to guarantee adequate coverage and required competencies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience.
• University nursing qualification (implied by the title).

Required skills

• Inventory management.
• Clinical equipment maintenance.
• Regulatory compliance.
• Data reporting and indicator tracking.
