About the role

We are looking for a University‑trained Nurse to coordinate patient care within one of our health units. The role focuses on promoting self‑care, supporting diagnosis and treatment, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery for both internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care in the assigned health unit, encouraging self‑care practices.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health regulations and standards set by the health authority.
• Manage inventory and verify proper functioning of clinical equipment to guarantee safe and quality care.
• Monitor and report institutional performance indicators, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
• Organize nursing staff, guaranteeing adequate coverage and required competencies for excellent patient care.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional nursing experience.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to safety standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of health regulations and clinical protocols.
• Inventory management and equipment maintenance awareness.
