About the role
Lionhires is seeking an English‑speaking Sales Specialist to join its growing Chilean team on a full‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, helping them navigate our market‑research and business‑support solutions. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and research teams to align offers with client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to generate new leads and follow up on existing opportunities.
- Provide assistance to new and current customers, ensuring a high‑quality experience.
- Promote company products, campaigns and services during conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the internal system.
Required profile
- Strong enthusiasm for customer service and direct communication.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and confidently presenting products.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience as a sales agent or in a similar outbound sales role.
