Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

In this role, you'll provide end-to-end personal and lifestyle support to executives, helping them save time and simplify their daily lives. This is a dynamic, highly varied role where no two days are the same, often requiring research, creativity, and sound judgment to solve open-ended or unfamiliar requests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support with executives' personal and lifestyle matters, including household administration, appointments, purchases, and family-related requests.
• Research, plan, and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
• Research and coordinate vendors and service providers, comparing options and recommending the best solution.
• Coordinate personal events and special occasions, including venue sourcing, catering, and logistics.
• Manage a wide variety of ad hoc and time-sensitive requests independently, following through until completion.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Executive Assistant roles.
• Experience with travel planning.
• Familiarity with US‑based services, vendors, travel, restaurants, and general day‑to‑day logistics.
• Previous experience handling personal or lifestyle requests for executives.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools or AI‑assisted research.
• Previous experience working in a fully remote environment.
