Executive Manager of Operations and Technical Support

About the role

The Executive Manager of Operations and Technical Support leads the company's aircraft maintenance, technical support and training activities, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance and workforce development across the Southern Cone region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Technical Support Center and handle all Level 1 technical inquiries.
• Coordinate Technical Representative services for local and regional clients.
• Lead response efforts during accidents or incidents, liaising with aviation authorities.
• Oversee contract management and distribution of technical documentation.
• Support preparation and execution of technical client visits.
• Ensure resources, tooling and documentation for the Maintenance Center (MRO).
• Maintain certified human resources (mechanics, supervisors, structural and avionics specialists).
• Control inventory of parts, components and consumables.
• Produce accurate technical proposals for maintenance and customization projects.
• Monitor project delivery to guarantee on‑time delivery, quality and financial health.
• Balance workload planning with workforce certifications while prioritising safety.
• Drive workshop efficiency through KPIs and non‑quality cost metrics.
• Own customer satisfaction for all MRO services.
• Ensure flight safety for operational helicopter flights.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in an aviation MRO environment.
• Extensive background managing technical support and maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (DGAC, ANAC, etc.).
• Ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
