About the role

We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our Executive Search team and help identify senior‑level talent for BairesDev and its clients. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to high‑impact hiring projects for leading technology companies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies to locate executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support offer negotiations and manage the placement process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Expand professional networks to source qualified talent.
• Stay up‑to‑date on market trends to refine recruitment approaches.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and candidate assessment abilities.
