Executive Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join its Executive Search team. In this fully remote position you will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to identify, assess, and secure top‑level talent for both internal roles and client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute search strategies for executive and senior‑level positions.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and manage placement processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop professional networks and stay current on market trends.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and candidate assessment abilities.
