Facility Assistant – Facility Management (Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay)

About the role

As a Facility Assistant you will support the Facility Management team during an exciting transformation period, helping ensure safe, efficient and cost‑effective operation of H&M stores across Chile, Peru, Uruguay and Paraguay.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day technical facilities (HVAC), general maintenance, shopfitting, energy & utilities, cleaning and waste management across the sales market.
• Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities, monitor requests and support operational priorities.
• Assist the Facility Manager with supplier coordination, contract administration, procurement documentation and tender support.
• Track budgets, process invoices and purchase orders in SAP/VIM, and update reports and dashboards using Excel or Power BI.
• Maintain asset and operational data in Planon (or equivalent CAFM platform) and ensure data quality.
• Facilitate communication between Facility Management, store managers, area managers and suppliers, and support health & safety compliance.

Required profile

• Technical or professional degree in Construction, Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in facility management, maintenance coordination, property administration, procurement support or operational administration.
• Experience coordinating suppliers or supporting maintenance/service operations is an advantage.
