Facility Manager – Multi‑Country (CL, PE, UY, PY)

About the role

H&M is seeking a dynamic Facility Manager to support its transformation from traditional facility management to a strategic FM portfolio approach across Chile, Peru, Uruguay and Paraguay. You will combine technical maintenance oversight with strategic sourcing and financial control, acting as an internal business partner to ensure safe, efficient and cost‑effective store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full scope of hard and soft FM, including HVAC, general maintenance, shopfitting, energy, cleaning and waste management across the assigned markets.
• Lead end‑to‑end procurement, tendering (RFI/RFP) and contract management for facilities service providers, ensuring compliance and performance audits.
• Manage budgeting, cost tracking and financial reporting using data analysis tools (Power BI) and ensure accurate invoice processing in SAP/VIM.
• Maintain asset data, CAPEX/OPEX records and operational demand in the Planon CAFM system.
• Collaborate with store managers, area managers and other stakeholders, conducting regular site visits to assess asset condition and align maintenance activities with business strategy.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across multiple market teams.
• Data‑oriented mindset and proven experience in financial control and budgeting.
• Experience in procurement, tender processes and contract management within a facilities context.
• Ability to work autonomously in a multi‑country environment and drive continuous improvement.
