Field Clinical Representative – Endoscopy – Concepción, Chile

About the role

The Field Clinical Representative will be the primary clinical support resource in the operating room and for post‑procedure patient follow‑up within the southern Chile region. You will provide hands‑on assistance and theoretical guidance to physicians and clients, helping to ensure optimal use of Boston Scientific’s endoscopic products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site clinical assistance and training to doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Support patients throughout their treatment journey, including post‑procedure follow‑up.
• Cover clinical cases within the assigned territory and collaborate closely with the local sales team.
• Participate in regional events, workshops and product demonstrations.
• Promote Boston Scientific’s endoscopy portfolio through clinical training and product education.
• Assist the sales team in achieving revenue targets by providing clinical expertise.

Required profile

• Health‑related professional degree (e.g., nursing, medical technology, nutrition, physical therapy, veterinary medicine, etc.).
• Based in southern Chile, preferably Concepción.
• Medium‑level English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Experience in endoscopy, gastroenterology or endobariatrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Valid Chilean Class B driver’s license.
