Field Clinical Representative – Endoscopy – Concepción

About the role

The Field Clinical Representative will be the primary clinical support resource in operating rooms and for post‑procedure patient follow‑up across southern Chile. You will provide hands‑on assistance and theoretical guidance to physicians and clients, helping to ensure successful use of Boston Scientific endoscopic products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical assistance during endoscopic procedures and support doctors in the operating room.
• Follow up with patients after procedures to monitor outcomes and address issues.
• Cover cases within the assigned geographic area, collaborating closely with the local sales team.
• Participate in regional events, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
• Promote Boston Scientific products through clinical training of current and potential clients.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Required profile

• Health‑related professional (e.g., nurse, medical technologist, nutritionist, physical therapist, veterinarian).
• Based in southern Chile, preferably Concepción.
• Medium‑level English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Experience in endoscopy, gastroenterology, or endobariatrics.
• Valid Chilean Class B driver’s license (preferred).
• Willingness to travel 10 %–30 % of the time.

Required skills

• Clinical support in endoscopic procedures.
• Knowledge of endoscopy, gastroenterology and endobariatrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
