Field Force Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Field Force Manager to lead and develop our field force team across the region. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the field force team to meet quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive field force management plan.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and coach team members.
• Conduct performance reviews, appraisals, and KPI assessments.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
• Plan, execute, and manage the field force budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers.
• Collaborate with external agencies to optimize coverage and ensure policy compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a field force or retail team.
• University degree.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with proven problem‑solving skills.
• Project management experience, including planning and delegation.
• Customer‑focused with a track record of building business relationships.
