Field Service Engineer – Solar (Entry Level)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Civil Engineer or Electrical Engineer to join our team in Santiago as a Field Service Engineer focused on Solar PV projects. This entry‑level position offers fresh graduates the chance to develop a technical career in renewable energy, providing on‑site support for installation, commissioning and maintenance of solar systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and field support for Solar PV projects at customer sites.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of PV arrays and inverters.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar power electronics.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation and as‑built records.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Participate in on‑site activities, including safety checks and performance verification.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering (graduated 2025‑2026).
• 0‑2 years of experience; academic, internship or project work in renewable energy is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel and work on customer/project sites.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Understanding of Solar PV technology.
• Familiarity with inverters and power electronics.
