Finance & Administration Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance & Administration Manager to lead the financial, administrative and HR functions of a leading multinational operating in Chile. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will partner with regional teams to drive strategic decisions, ensure regulatory compliance and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis, risk assessments and business modelling to support the General Manager and department heads.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closings, variance analysis and preparation of local and international reports.
• Manage tax compliance, internal and external audits, and the internal control framework.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management, including banking and treasury activities.
• Supervise administrative operations, insurance, legal matters and corporate service vendors.
• Direct local HR processes such as payroll, performance management and policy compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field; Master’s is a plus.
• 8‑10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting and administration, with proven team leadership.
• Experience in multinational industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Deep knowledge of Chilean tax and accounting regulations; IFRS knowledge preferred.
• Advanced English fluency.
