Finance Business Partner & Controllership Senior Manager

About the role

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a senior finance leader to act as a trusted business partner for a country, function or business unit. The Finance Business Partner and Controllership Sr Manager will drive performance, profitable growth and cash generation through insightful analysis, planning and strategic advice.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance liaison for the assigned country, business unit or function, supporting commercial growth strategy, sales channel optimization, working‑capital management and capital decisions.
• Partner with Business Owners to develop driver‑based top‑line, resourcing, financial and ROI models that enable achievement of P&L targets.
• Collaborate with FP&A, pricing, IBP and controllership teams to forecast results, maintain a single source of truth and ensure a robust internal‑control environment.
• Conduct needs analyses, identify finance‑add‑value opportunities and deliver clear, data‑driven recommendations.
• Prepare and present compelling financial stories that facilitate informed decision‑making across stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance business partnering, controllership or FP&A within a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive accountability for financial performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
