Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner works closely with the plant manager and leadership team to drive key initiatives, support decision‑making and maximize return on investment. Using financial data as a strategic asset, the role provides planning, forecasting and operational efficiency analysis for the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial results, identify deviations from plan and recommend corrective actions.
• Support plant management in growing enterprise value through margin, ROIC and free cash flow improvement.
• Provide regular and ad‑hoc decision support, delivering insights on trends, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with accounting, treasury, tax and shared‑service teams to ensure accurate finance processes.
• Lead quarterly, 90‑day and monthly forecasting cycles, ensuring timely and complete output.
• Identify performance trends, high‑ and low‑performing products and drive improvement projects.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of finance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably as a finance business partner.
• Experience with US GAAP, operational finance and integrated ERP/BPC systems.
• BS or BA in a relevant field; CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with Microsoft platforms.
