Finance Legal Entity Controller Intern – Drive the Future

About the role

JPMorgan Chase’s Drive the Future program offers a 6‑month internship in Santiago, Chile, focused on finance legal entity control. As a Finance Legal Entity Controller Intern you will support the LATAM & Canada Controllers Business Management team, gaining exposure to corporate finance, regulatory reporting and control processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of regional and global projects aimed at enhancing control frameworks and processes.
• Prepare and maintain control metrics, scorecards and regular reporting for monthly and quarterly control forums.
• Support administrative, headcount and budgeting requirements for the LATAM legal entity organization.
• Monitor policy and procedure changes, conduct gap analyses and communicate impacts to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) with a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Results‑driven, organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of financial derivatives.
