Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the financial planning, reporting and compliance activities for our local entity. The role works closely with the corporate finance team and the Local Controller to ensure alignment with global policies while adapting them to local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute annual budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecasts in line with corporate guidelines.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports, variance analysis and key performance indicators to local management.
• Oversee general accounting, treasury, taxation and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Manage intercompany transfer pricing policies and monitor subsidiary profitability.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to internal policies and IFRS standards.
• Implement financial efficiency initiatives, automation and process digitalisation.
• Analyse profitability by product line, vehicle model, sales channel and geography.
• Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, key suppliers and tax authorities.
• Adapt global financial policies to local standards and design procedures to meet local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Engineering; postgraduate degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of senior finance experience, preferably in multinational automotive, manufacturing or industrial‑tech companies.
• Experience working with Asian headquarters (China, Korea, Japan) is highly valued.
• Deep knowledge of the local financial and tax environment and extensive experience with IFRS.
• Proven track record of leading statutory audits of subsidiaries.
• Strong analytical, strategic and cross‑cultural communication skills.
