Finance Manager – LATAM

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to support our LATAM operations. The role will handle daily accounting, invoicing and payment processes for partners in Colombia, Chile, Mexico and other new markets, while helping to optimise financial workflows in a fast‑growing travel‑tech startup.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, generate and process invoices accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Reconcile invoices, payments and financial records across multiple accounts and systems.
• Maintain partner legal and financial information in internal systems, validating banking details for seamless payments.
• Act as primary contact for partners in new LATAM markets, responding to finance‑related inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoicing or payment issues.
• Analyse invoicing data to improve accuracy of financial reporting.
• Manage partner credit limits and early pre‑payment arrangements.
• Support urgent tasks and prioritize workload as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in financial operations and payment processing.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (MRFS, NIF, IFRS).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with advanced formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Familiarity with SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Strong communication skills in English; Business Spanish is a plus.
