Finance Manager – Lead Regional Finance Strategy

About the role

A leading international company seeks a Finance Manager in Santiago to drive the financial strategy for its Latin America regional operation. The role is a strategic business partner, responsible for transforming the finance function into an agile, data‑driven, performance‑oriented model.

Key responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to commercial and operational teams, providing financial insight for decision‑making.
• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting and ensure accurate financial reporting, accounting and compliance with US GAAP, local GAAP and SOX.
• Deliver actionable profitability analyses, support pricing strategy and customer margin assessments.
• Drive finance transformation, process improvements and digital initiatives, including ERP and BI tools.
• Lead, develop and mentor a high‑performing finance team and participate in M&A integration projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years in senior finance leadership (FP&A, Finance Head) within multinational, matrix organisations.
• Proven experience in finance transformation and organisational change.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• US GAAP, local GAAP, SOX compliance knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Power BI and other BI tools.
• Financial planning systems expertise.
