Finance Specialist

About the role

The Finance Specialist will support the local finance function by handling day‑to‑day accounting, tax compliance and cash management. You will work closely with headquarters, external service providers and internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities, monthly closing, bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Coordinate local tax filings and statutory compliance, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer collections, local payments and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Support billing, revenue recognition, inventory, imports and logistics‑related financial processes.
• Collaborate with headquarters, banks and external providers; assist audits and maintain documentation and controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Chilean accounting, tax and statutory requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with monthly closing, bank reconciliation, AP/AR and tax compliance.
• Fluent Spanish and working proficiency in English.
