Financial Controller – Chile

About the role

Statkraft is seeking a Controller to lead and support financial management for its Chile operations. You will drive planning, analysis, and finance digitalisation initiatives while ensuring compliance and strong internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the performance management process for Chile, including annual planning, target setting, scorecard reporting and business reviews.
• Lead the digitalisation agenda across Chile Finance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision‑making.
• Conduct profitability analyses for different service lines and business units.
• Develop and maintain strong internal control procedures.
• Monitor compliance with tax laws, corporate governance and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with other areas to support cost control and efficient planning.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering with a specialisation in Management Control or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or Management Control, preferably in the energy or industrial sectors.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Advanced user‑level proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Familiarity with SAP (desirable).
