About the role
The Financial Management & Control Coordinator will lead the coordination and optimisation of financial management and control for strategic alliances. This role ensures accurate premium estimates, proper provisioning, reserve reporting, and monitors loan disbursements and sales. It also supports strategic decision‑making by delivering reliable revenue forecasts and budget oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimise financial management and control for strategic alliances.
- Ensure accurate premium estimates and adequate provisioning.
- Report on reserves and monitor loan disbursements and sales.
- Control investment plan expenses.
- Prepare, forecast and monitor revenue and budgets.
- Manage direct and indirect expenses to maximise profitability and sustainability.
- Maintain relationships with key business partners.
Required profile
- Proven experience in financial management and control.
- Ability to coordinate cross‑functional financial activities.
- Strong analytical mindset to support strategic decisions.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and expense management.
